Pilates exercises are simple yet precise flowing
movements that focus on core strength. With regular
practice you will soon feel and see the many benefits – a
leaner, strengthened physique, more shapely limbs and a sense of
wonderful wellbeing and vitality.
Pilates helps relieve tightness and weakness of the lower and
upper back muscles and loosens the spine, hips and shoulders.
With regular practice, your body will move with maximum
efficiency and minimum effort.
