Pilates exercises are simple yet precise flowing movements that focus on core strength.  With regular practice you will soon feel and see the many benefits – a leaner, strengthened physique, more shapely limbs and a sense of wonderful wellbeing and vitality.

Choose from 14 sessions per week at comfortable well equipped venues in Eltham with expert personalised instruction in friendly groups.
