Mat Pilates is a no impact exercise system that everyone can follow. With regular practice you will soon feel and see the many benefits – a leaner, strengthened physique, more shapely limbs and a sense of wonderful wellbeing and vitality. The exercises can be done at home – there is no need to buy expensive equipment or join a gym. Pilates exercises are simple yet precise flowing movements ¨ strengthen the deep torso and back muscles ¨ develop vitality and ¨ invigorate the mind. Pilates targets the body’s area of core stability or the powerhouse - the abdomen and lower back. With regular practice, the body will begin to move with maximum efficiency and minimum effort.
