Pure
& Natural Honey
All the natural goodness straight from the flowers to you.
Our honey is cold filtered, to retain it’s full flavour,
health and nutritional benefits. The hives are at Eltham &
Kinglake where the original indigenous eucalypt forest includes
stringbark, red and grey box, and native wild flowers. The
honey is harvested and extracted from the frames by hand.
Honey
crystallises so the bees can store their food source. Crystallised
honey has no use by date and can be stored for years. To return to
clear and flowing honey, warm gently by standing jar in very hot
water.
