Genius Wellbeing
began as 'Lazenby Yoga' in 1991, teaching Yoga at Collingwood Leisure,
Fitzroy Pool and Melbourne University Sport.
Genius
is
the guardian spirit of a person, spirit, inclination,
literally 'inborn nature''.
A person, a body of work, or a singular achievement of
surpassing excellence. More than just originality, creativity, or
intelligence,
genius is
associated with achievement of insight which has transformational power.
Genius is inspiration, a mental leap, an extraordinary
creative process.
Well-be-ing
is also positive and uplifting ~ meaning 'comfort,
ease, happiness, health, contentment'.
Yoga and Pilates can be truly transformative and are
practised in the pursuit of increasing self understanding and
skilfulness. They develop capacity, they inspire and enable new thought
and leaps of creativity and sometimes profound personal change.
